Hanbury luxury cat hotel provides a truly 5 star service and aims to meet all of your cats individual needs. If there is anything extra you feel we could provide, please let us know. Our round the clock presence ensures that your cat is completely safe & well cared for.

Recreation

Every apartment has relaxing background music and an individual play centre, as well as a range of toys to keep our guests amused.

Grooming

We groom all our guests daily, if your cat enjoys this, but we can also provide a spa pamper session at an extra cost.

Dining

We aim to meet your cats usual feeding times & diet, including those with special dietary requirements. All of our guests receive your choice of cat food included in the daily tariff, served on elegant plates. If you want to indulge your cat whilst on its holiday, we have an exquisite selection of fresh dishes to choose from on our ‘Diamond’ menu menu.

Vaccinations

To ensure all our cats are safe and well, we insist on all guests having up to date immunisations, including feline influenza, feline enteritis and leukaemia.
Owners must provide a certificate to confirm this prior to arrival and unfortunately we will be unable to accept any cat without this.
Arrivals and Departures

All arrivals and departure are by appointment between 10am – 11am and 4pm – 5pm.
