Cats Conkers Cattery

A new ‘state of the art’ cattery in West Oxfordshire which opened in October 2015.

The boarding cattery, located in West Oxfordshire, is at the home of Lynn Rogers who has wide professional experience over many years of animal rescue, welfare and homing, and in voluntary work including the hand rearing of abandoned kittens for the RSPCA.

A newly established private boarding cattery between Witney and Burford in West Oxfordshire and built by Pedigree Pens Ltd to standards approved by the: • Feline Advisory Bureau (FAB) • Cats Protection • British Veterinary Association (BVA) • RSPCA. Compliant with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) model licence conditions and standards, and licenced by the West Oxfordshire District Council.

The accommodation, located in the rural location of West Oxfordshire, is built using UPVC and double glazing, there are 11 fully insulated double boarding units, all in excess of minimum size recommendation, plus one isolation unit in the event of illness.

Each secure sleeping pen has its own radiator and is connected to a separate and secure exercise run. There are impermeable panels and glass between each unit to avoid contact with neighbouring cats and a variety of ‘toys’ and a scatching post are provided. With view of a large beautiful garden your cats will be able to watch the world and its wildlife fly by. All cats will be groomed……….if they like it!
